At 15+ years this classic Saar vineyard is showing very well with complex, earthy detailing. Not sweet, it presents itself a shade above feinherb. It should continue to benefit from another 10 years in a proper cellar.

Nose is full of bees wax, lanolin, diesel fuel and lilacs. Palate is screaming acidity, Meyer lemon, slate and synthetic rubber.
