Estate Riesling

Slight petrol nose, with good acid and nectarine and pineapple on the palate. Off-dry. This has stood up beautifully for over a week. A noble and lovely QbA.

Seemed more expressive than same wine, different bottle consumed about 6 weeks ago with flashes of honeyed character.

Fine and good with clear delineation but most of joy from fruit character has seemingly faded. Medium+ richness and nearly bone dry.

Pretty light gold color, some sweetness on the nose with fresh flowers and that cellar/desert wine sweet honey smell. Medium viscosity. Palette saw more residual sugar, balanced by less acid that you would expect (medium). Wine is rounded out with a long finish, medium complexity. Enjoyed this, very nice subtle sweetness, but was longing for more acid on this one.

Off dry. Balanced acidity. Honey, petrol. Perfume a bit slight.

Grip. Tasty. Should age well. Showing great scale.

Less intensity on nose.. Great acidity. Little off-balanced between mineral and fruits.
