Honey. Nearly dry. Full body. Broad but nice acidity. Kiss of diesel. Wonderful pairing with lobster.

A little cloudy, but brilliant and pure Riesling. Bright and effusive. God damn I love riesling.

Pfalz. 13% Vol. Acidity 6.7 g/L. Residual sugar 7 g/L. PH 3.1. VDP. Historic vineyard already listed in 1828. 8 ha site monopoly. No view on the Rhein river. Sandstone soils. Robust, austere. Four square and structured on the palate. Embryonic. Great dimension and scale. Fresh throughout. Clean and pure finish.
