I was introduced to this wine last year by reading a post here by @Anthony Lombardi and fell in love with its simplicity. This is a second vintage that I’ve ordered and it presents a reasonable break to my Burgundian obsession. This riesling is bone dry with racing acidity. No malo and aged in very old barrels. Grapes grown in higher elev present also a hint of minerality. I’m sipping it but it needs food. Like
