Dow's has been producing Ports for over 2 centuries. One of the first companies to establish its own vineyards, acquired Senhora da Ribeira, in 1890. Ruby with ripe fruit and spice aromas. On the palate, sweet cherry and strawberry with balanced acidity and fine tannins. Lingering finish ending with currant characteristics. Nice value.

Much better than the ruby and tawny we tried in Porto, but not as good as a real vintage. Good value for €8.
