Oakville. Lowest part of the valley fruity juicy and ripe. Less tannins and better for aging with extra tannins. Mother on the palette

My wine lady warned me that this isn’t drinkable now. If I was going to open this to leave it out for 1 hour at least. Listen to this advice.

Medium to full body. Great value for a classic CA cab. Chocolate and dark berry on the nose…med. tannin and smooth on the finish. Paired with pizza. haha! Probably will be even better with more time in the bottle.

Very dark fruit and a bit thick. Also layers of smoke and chocolate.

11/2021. Another nice 2018 Napa Cab. Full bodied and great flavor. Paired well with the bone in filet at Hall’s Chophouse.

90. Opened beautifully. Soft

Schrader-lite as the pedigree would indicate. Similar strength and volume on the back of the palate though it kicks off a bit leaner early on. Doesn’t have that smooth yet grippy texture and finish. Amazing value though! #wheninamerica
