These Amber wines are dry have balance and length

Smells like beautiful candied orange peel, sappy red fruit and chamomile. light on the palate initially then like sucking on velvet down the center. I’m convinced this could be great with some dishes, but I can’t think of which right now. The nose suggests something light while the palate demands something more intense. A friend mentioned pork confit with chamomile. Unconventional? No doubt. Delicious with this? Hell yes.
