Awesome. Fierce acidity, leather and smoke, sundried fruit, spearmint and cinnamon, something ethereal, lithe but rich. Kisi varietal is new to me.

Qvevri and Skin contact. Not that interesting. Tastes like Chardonnay? The more I think about it the more I like it.

Btg@ Louis Gen Gen below Liholiho 2 weeks ago. They hv 7+ skin fermented whites on the btl list. Typically 1 of them Btg downstairs. Fun, tasty, and interesting all at the same time.
