Taste: smooth, juicy, rich, layered medium plus body wine with tart cherry, minerals, mandarin peel, black tea, and a peppery leather LONG finish. Vivid ruby color. A nose of ripe red fruits and rose petals. A palate of cranberry, pomegranate, and cherry with just a hint of spice. Bright acidity that will soften with time. Donum consistently makes pinots of wonderful balance. These wines are so good on release its tough to keep your hands off.
