Niederhäuser Hermannshöhle Auslese Riesling

Delicious. Putting on some weight and petrol over the apricot, acacia, ginger, carrot and green plum on the nose and palate. Quite bright and lightweight. Still in its infancy.

2005- Med gold color, bright and crystalline. Light petrol and lychee aromas. Tart green apples and pears with wet stones; very precise. Needs many more years.

So pure, floral and mineral. Not at all heavy

Not the richest Auslese I've had from Donnhoff. The acid balance here is beautiful. Hardly a hint of RS. Yum.
