This stuff is fantastic! A very salty character with citrus, crisp pear and wonderful minerality which dances on the palate. Some petrol aromas as well make this a very complex and dynamic white.

Dry and crisp, Apple aftertaste. Perfect for sipping but went really well with pasta! I'm on a mission to find it in a store.
