Had 2015 in December of 2019. Opened it last night and thought it was ok. Vin-vaced it and finished it tonight. Much smoother and very enjoyable. Smooth fruits with hints of wood and tannins. Would buy again. Just let breathe longer than I did the first time.

Excellent concentration with good acidity and good purity. Full weight with good finesse. Good balance and integration of the ripe, rich fruit, good-quality oak and smooth, round tannins. Aromatic range is slightly narrower than ideal but it does not feel like it is over-processed like the most. Tastes surprisingly correct and authentic. The minerality is lacking but the integrity of the fruit is what separates this wine from most California Reds.
