Sweet nose of blueberries, blackberries, black currants, plums, red candy, spices, wood, licorice, steel, peppercorn and cloves.
Medium bodied with medium plus acidity and long legs.
Dry on the palate with plums, strawberries, currants, vanilla, licorice, cloves, spices, oak, vegetables, bitter herbs and peppercorn.
Medium finish with soft tannins and black pepper.
This is a drinkable Malbec from Mendoza. Simple, spicy and not fully balanced. Not very smooth, a little harsh actually.
Needs a couple of hours to open up properly.
13.5% alcohol by volume.

Very easy drinking red with a pith finish. Can't beat it for a glass in the evening at home, especially for the price.

More spice; allspice and cardamom on the nose, gives way to bright cherry. Zero tannin.
