Chardonnay
Pale lemon in color.
Fruity on the nose with lemon, honey, citrus, peaches, mango and pineapple.
Medium bodied, semi creamy with high acidity.
Dry on the palate with light lemon, peach, oak, banana peel and tropical fruits.
Long finish with almonds.
Nice and refreshing by the pool in the Florida Sun. This Chardonnay needs to be chilled to be enjoyable. When warmer, it is slightly bitter and the finish and very buttery.
13 percent alcohol by volume.

What I bought as a cooking wine, turned out to be a well industrially manufactured chard. Acid, minerally, pear, apple. Just lacks texture and nuances from barrel fermentation. For $5?? G'damn. I can see how most folks would be very into this Barbie of a wine.
