Barnyardy nose with a leathery palate. Mushrooms and dark fruit.

Bold, full bodied. But light enough to not spoil the evening. More like a cabernet. Plummy. Definately needs decanting and little chillier than room temp. Tratts.

Great aromas - berries, violet and spices. Good acidity and smooth tanins. Full bodied and long finish. Congrats Susana Balbo

Nose has oak and cherry notes. Dark red cherry, vanilla, cedar box, and violet throughout. Could use some more time to mellow out — the acid is a bit intense and at times it tastes a little hot. The alcohol could stand to settle down a bit. Great with a flank steak and chimichurri sauce.

Great value - dark fruit with a hint of spice. Good with food or on its own. Nice easy drinking everyday wine
