Almost clear in color with a little yellow/green hue.
On the nose lemons,grapefruits, tropical fruits, pineapples and minerals.
Light bodied with nice bubbles and nice acidity.
Dry to off dry on the palate, with light peach and citrus, but the bubbles empower most the taste.
Short finish with bitter almonds.
This is a nice Spanish bubbly. Paired It with appetizers.
Made with 100% organic grapes. A blend of Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc and Viura.
12% alcohol by volume.
