Rueda Verdejo

Pale gold in color; grapefruit peel, lime, and something floral on the nose; medium plus acidity; tastes like flowers, lemon peel, and honeydew with a medium finish. Nellie likes it. I think it will pair well with Mexican food.

Not my favorite. A little acidic and bitter. Pairs well with chicken. 2021 vintage.

こいつは結構こってりですが、柑橘系のアフターも楽しい。
少し樽を効かせている感じ。
久しぶりに作っアンチョビカリフラワーに合わせて。
