Jun 21st, 2019Have had grappa from probably > 20 producers in Italy, and in my opinion Domenis is without peer. The Storica Nera is made from red grape components and has fantastic aromatics and wonderful balance. It's pretty critical to use the right type of glass - something with a flared top so the alcohol doesn't get focused - and then the flavors just come through. Great stuff!
