Dec 13th, 2017Upon first opening, autumn leaves after a rain, super dusty and lots of earth. After decanting and with food, tannins became gentler and the fruit came forward. Chocolate covered blueberries and violet with stewed plums and other deep fruit with herbs (thyme, rosemary, sage) around the edges.
