The nose is petroly at first, almost jumping at your nostrils. Then comes lemon and lemon peel and you know your are in known German riesling territory. The palate is very well designed with a great acid drive and a tiny sweeter touch along with a great lemon taste. The finish is long, zesty, fresh and delicious. A simple German riesling, a bit off dry, but which ticks all my boxes 👌🏻

The wine was openned yesterday and shows notes of cantaloupe, yuzu, lemon and white flowers. This is very nice. The palate is acid driven but there's almost a milky, creamy texture to it, with a bright pineapple and lemon note all along a very strong acid drive which makes the wine go for a long and fresh finish with the same lemon and yuzu notes. This is quite good
