Château Romassan Bandol Grenache - Mourvedre Blend

Pale pink which belies the depth of flavour to follow. Red fruits with a touch of mineral salinity. I’m not a huge fan of Rose but this was very good.

Great acid with rich balanced fruit.

Serve slightly chilled, beautiful!

Last Domaine Ott I had I thought was probably the best bottle of rose I’ve had in my life. This one was good, but far from spectacular. Beautiful color and really nice clean finish. But none of the big elegant strawberries, and rich depth of favor of the last.

Classic Provence rosé. Pale salmon color. Subtle nose with aromas of white peach, red fruit and some lime. Some herbal and mineral notes. Light, easy to drink. Citrus (lime) and mineral notes.

This is as good as Provence rose gets 🙏 among this bittled beauty we were okeasantly surprised by a resto in Kolonaki that is not just Michellin ⭐️ potential should start at 2 ⭐️!
