What I love about non-ox Savagnin is this perfect balance of mitigated, broad acidity with non-fruit and savory spectrums and in this case, an almost CheninB woolly minerality. Drink with food or straight out of the bottle, daily.

Silky. Exotic; cocoa nibs, cheap milk chocolate, caramel and salt.

These kids are making the most drinkable Jura wines I've ever had. Freshness + Energy = Drinkability

This was the shiz. Reminded me of French Onion Soup with that oniony, cheesy thing going on. Savory and delicious.

JURA

A bitter almond note, with grilled lemon, and loads of minerality. The palate was medium+ in body with excellent balanced acidity, no oxidation character. #jura #savagnin #geekwine

Pretty sure this was from White Horse Wine and Spirits. We inhaled this lol. I remember apple pie with lemon-flavoured whipped cream, yet not sweet ❤️
