Pale straw-hued. Aromas and flavors of apple, bell pepper, cream, grapefruit, minerals, peach, pear, tangerine, and vanilla. Medium-light body and medium-plus acidity. Soft on the nose; elegant on the palate; and drying on the finish. Well-balanced and a solid introduction to Bordeaux whites.
