Very grassy and somewhat floral nose, not sure the flower, maybe even a little pine needle or green, hard fruit. The palate is very light surprisingly, with equally vegetal and grassy notes throughout, with a dry finish, slight minerality but very fresh. Almost hints of sour green apple candy in there but def not the sweetness, with a nicely integrated acidity. This is definitely not a typical sav blanc, and any New Zealand or Aussie lover will balk probably, but I honestly prefer this.
