Very zesty and light, but with impressive flavor that lingers long after the first sip, this was a great value. The nose has prominent strawberry notes, with some perfume elements, with hints of lemon zest and hay or dried grass clippings. The palate has strong rhubarb, underripe strawberry, strong citrus and gripping acidity and a surprisingly vegetal finish, with hints of hibiscus and maybe even fish oils? Really impressive and great find.
