Thoroughly enjoyed with a NY sirloin. Velvety tannins and just a bit of spice.

Disappointing because I was expecting better from the Rothschild collection. This single grape wine is smooth and offers a nice bouquet. Should have been exceptional but it’s not.

Rich purple, jammy, thick and syrupy, smells thick, grapey, slight wood, some tang, ton of fruit, super balanced but not so intricate

It’s alright. A little pruny. Some stewed dark fruit. Good acid but a little hot.

Okay, but I expected more. Nothing that interesting about it’s flavor profile. Just kind of a big red and little else.
