V12. Beatiful wine. Soft baked pear , with hints of fusel oil nose. Juicy pear fruit. Slightly crisp and tart finish. Nicely balanced.

This is so fun. A deep lemon color with a wide brim and nice legs. The nose is is quite pure and clean with a bit of woodsmoke and light spice. Pears and peaches for days with a little yogurt. Lemon and chalk with dried flowers and particularly fragrant herbs. Very, very nice.
Dry and never too sweet, it’s just right. Enough complexity but not too deep really. Wonderful structure and balance with plenty of minerality. Juicy and infinitely fresh, the sweetnesses level begins to rise as the wine warms and it’s just plain yummy. The palate is a carbon copy of the nose with more citrus. Long, almost saline finish. A beautiful wine.
