Was CVed Feb 2020 with one fifth gone and it’s still perfectly fine! Actually really interesting mix of mature tropical fruits and stones and acids that went well with the foods before Mabel’s fish taco dinner.

Cved 2/12/20. Golden color. Intense nose of tropical notes and lycee. Acidic and boy biting on palate and long finish.

Juicy and bright with floral overtones and peach and citrus fruit. A creamy quality on the palate with white peach and mandarin orange fruit. Just a touch of alcohol pokes out on the finish.

Deeply colored with floral notes to the peach, quince and lemon curd fruit. Floral on palate with spiced peach fruit. Just enough acidity. Time to drink up. Always great to unearth an old bottle that was forgotten.

Glowing gold in the glass... med-weight with just a hint of residual sugar...a melange of citrus, candied sugar, raisins and baking spice... perfect with traditional New Year's Day pork loin with mustard and prosciutto and Alsatian style slow braised sauerkraut....Olivier Humbrecht is a master wine maker and this mature wine sings at table.

Floral nose with melons and white fruits. Acidic balance on palate with long finish. On sale at GW for $15 but all gone.

Honey, floral and minerally. Vibrant acidity.

Baller. So delicious with our spicy chicken satay. Floral with acid that took a second to present but when it did was really great.

Good to see DZH dial things back.
