Intriguing nose. Stony minerality with beeswax, wool and animality. Hints of herbs and cinnamon. Gooseberry, peach and yellow apple. Orange juice and lime. Honey. Zesty finish. Great match with Spargeln. And likely even better with sashimi or dim sum.
