Perhaps late harvest - kinda bizarre color - obvious long-ish maceration with skins - copper color with Grade A maple syrup highlights - muddled baby food tree fruit - flabby acid - is it in fact Pinot Gris in disguise? (as I think the appellation allows) - just weird and unexpected - what's up with Olivier since parting ways with Kermit? Makes me want to punch him in the neck (Hungarian style) Was with Sorting Table now Kobrand importing - should we all be concerned?

Paired with Gazpacho and Fried Chicken with Honey, amazing. Vegetal enough to match the soup and bright enough to compliment the chicken & honey.

Nice bright white with good balance of acidity and minerality. Great Pinot Gris - great wine maker
