Happy Mother’s Day (US Version)!!
Light gold color. Stick with me on the nose as my senses must be up. It contains subtle hints of salsa and cigarette butts with some lime and cream. Wine is well balanced with lovely texture. Classic Chablis. Medium finish. Not thrilled at the price, but can’t seem to put the glass down. I think there are similar wines for half the price, but this is growing on me. Prime drinking age.

Mature with lemon chiffon, fresh herbs and a touch of marzipan. Beautifully textured with a nice acid presence. Delightful and so good with sushi tonight
