Je ne suis pas un fan de Wiliam Fevre habituellement, trouvant ces vins souvent trop boisés pour ce que je recherche à Chablis. Pas dans ce cas, un beau vin, pas des plus minéral, un fruité assez mûre, mais pourvu d'une acidité soutenue.
