Very mineral nose with crushed rocks, gun powder and lemon and hay. Typical chablis nose. The palate is well done with a strong acid backbone, a nice matter with lemon shining all along, a good grip and a long finish with lemon and hay. We served it along with a raclette. Very nice pairing.
