There's half a sandbox at the bottom. Wild tanin and cherry go nuts. Almost a little smokey. Then settles with good cheese. I'm still a fan. And I'm down to my last four bottles of peyra! Come visit me if you want to indulge.

Very drinkable. Soft earthiness and roundness paired with an extremely dark wine bar = no one minds if I spilled a bit of that #Chinon down my white shirt.
