Surprisingly rich & on the sweet side. Slightly reductive at the beginning, shows ripe peach & Mirabelle plums after some time with a pinch of pepper and muscat & bay leaf. On the palate with mid weight and spicy honey fruits + a bitter almond touch towards the finish. Nicely balanced and with good length. Slightly bland on its own but a surprising fit with Raclette.
