This 2006 is a wonderful almost full bodied Chard. Wouldn't have IDed it as Chablis cause it doesn't have the high acidity and minerality I associate with Chablis. Has apricot and hazelnut flavors kissed with Oak. Had with white fish in soy sauce and ginger. Perfect!
