Wow. This is massive. A far cry from the pinots I've tried before from the Loire. I may have rated it too highly but it was just so different than what I had expected. I'd lay this down for at least another 3-5 years. Herbal(Rosemary?) and a bit of burnt rubber to complement the crab apple. I'm doing a shitty job of describing this wine but it's accurate. The sum is greater than the parts.
