A delightful rose to start the evening

Honeyed, floral, crisp, a little mineral, not too light. Perfect summer drinking.

Young. Not too bad

Smooth, flavorful, and tart but not cat pee tart

Does not taste like cat pee

Varietal nose (Vermentino), great acid, good minerality. Expect good food wine

Pale golden color. White flower citrus nose. Lemon drop, pineapple, juicy. Medium body. Mineral and pith, dry finish. If we knew what quince tasted like, it might taste like that.
