Domaine Vico
Clos Sulana Corse Nielluccio Sciacarello Rosé

I thoroughly enjoy this. It's simple, with a three dimensional feel - pink Himalayan sea salt, red apple skin, under ripe strawberry, dried herb, and tangelo peel. Juicy acidity, pretty orange salmon color, and a very aromatic bouquet. This has to be one of my favorite rosé wines in a long time. This one also happens to be a pretty good worthy rosé, due to its acidity. 60% Niellucciu (Sangiovese) and 40% Sciaccarellu from Corsica - absolutely delicious.
