Today was my 1st time to encounter Vaquer, but it surely won't be the last! This smooth, friendly, deep Carignan based beast, made in concrete, is on the verge of making me put Beaujolais in 2nd place as my "geaux to" red wine. The whole lineup made me quite happy, from Rosé to Muscat des Rivesaltes (and an ambre aged version that drinks like Amontillado!!), Vaquer thrills....
