A bright, acidic blend that has bursts of raspberry and cherry at the start. It gives way to a drier citrus middle, and has a nice earthy finish.

Lots of ripe fruits and spice on the nose and palate with a round body and minerally mouth-coating finish. A yummy red with Indian food!
Grenache, Syrah, Mourvedre, Cinsault, Clairette, Bourboulenc.
