Enjoyed at Auberges des Seigneurs in Vence, rural Provence. A perfect accompaniment to fire roasted chicken and Provençal vegetables. Rose petals on the nose, flavours on the palate encompass apple cider, crème brûlée, lemon citrus, and sweet grapefruit. Beautiful balance of acid and sweetness. Long satisfying tart finish. C'est superb!

We made a wonderful salad with prosciutto and pear with baby arugula and goat cheese balsamic vinaigrette. The acid was perfect to balance the wonder fats in the salad.

Golden rose color. Coppery blue tinge to rim. Grapefruit, strawberry. Buttery smooth on tongue/melon, light crisp and refreshing. Not all that memorable among the other wines tasted but then again I don't love rose. Tasted at vin de Terre wine tasting in Nice, France
