All Sauvignon Blanc but it drinks almost like a Savennières. You can actually smell the minerals. The vines are planted in silex and pink limestone. I learned off the KL website that 50 years ago "the wines of Quincy were more recognized for their quality than Sancerre or Pouilly-Fume, and commanded a higher price." I now can see why.

Great sauv blanc - tastes like grapefruit and rocks. Great acidity too. Need to try more wines from Quincy

Well crafted, bone dry acidity calls for food but sharp lemon and grassy finish is classic.

This is outstanding. Crushed rock and minerals up the wazoo! Tart lemon/lime peel and steely dry. Well done Pierre!

Honeydew melon, gunpowder, lemon pulp, sea shells, wheatgrass. Vibrant acidity, oily texture, mineral driven, crisp citrus tart finish. Well rounded in every way which isn't always the case with Sauvignon Blancs.

Absolutely delightful and pronounced "Can-SEE" , I need more of this in my life. About 200 hectares in the 2nd oldest AOC in France. Just Southwest of Sancerre and slightly warmer. This wine is aromatic and will age with grace. Crisp green fruit flavors, like its neighbor Sancerre, but a little richer and a rounder mouthfeel. 2013 Trotereau Quincy #klw #quincy #trotereau
