All Sauvignon Blanc but it drinks almost like a Savennières. You can actually smell the minerals. The vines are planted in silex and pink limestone. I learned off the KL website that 50 years ago "the wines of Quincy were more recognized for their quality than Sancerre or Pouilly-Fume, and commanded a higher price." I now can see why.

Everything you're looking for in an OW Sauv Blanc. Key limes, lemon zest, tight white flowers, amazing grassiness all tied up with a bow made from flint and pebbles. Sharp, but not harsh -- round but not soft. Beautiful
