Just over the hill. I can still sense the vibrancy and aromatics, just a little faded. Still lovely, round and ripe peach and white florals, fleshy. Complemented our spring Parisien food perfectly, especially the Cantal

Jun 6th, 2017Yeah I’m a slut for Alsatian wine but I’ve never even heard of this grape. Super funky cheesy when it opened, I wish the body stood up a little more in the finish but after some research it makes sense. Had this with a pizza Bianca porchetta and some Calabrian chilis and yum yum yum

With Matt and Natalia from flatiron. Delightfully rich and tart, floral and some cinnamon on the mouth. Also bubblegum. This is a great value at $18

Don't judge a wine by its label speaks true to this guy. He just needs some time to open up. Very intrigued by the body and texture. Honey and oil like on the palate. Sits well and lingers. Pomegranate, kiwi with slight flint notes on the nose. Interesting number.
