massively aromatic on opening with a fleeting coconut meat effect, flowers and fruit, heads into more present tropical fruit second day, still with a breathtaking blast from the glass, racy acid and saline character evolves on third day to pink grapefruit and lemon curd with a stony finish. fantastic value too. worth holding one down for a while, which I will do.....or just get more @Flatiron Wines

Apr 8th, 2020Certainly a natural wine. Especially for Alsace. Not something I would hunt down but interesting nose. Palate left me a little underwhelmed. Blend of Sylvaner, gewurz, Pinot auxerrois, and small amounts of Riesling, Muscat and Pinot blanc
