My eve of Christmas Eve selection for 2017. The nose is slow to open up but eventually hints at stewed blueberry jam and coffee grounds. The light bodied palate is a playful, fruit forward delight with grippy tannins and a quick finish, enhanced with notes of forest floor and sour cherries. I liked it, great value for the price.
