What a joy with bistro cuisine...savory notes, plenty of earthy mushroom or forest-floor notes, with just enough tart cherry to lift the wine. Medium weight, decent texture with nice acid balance. Held its own with filet frites with black pepper sauce. Plays well with others... viva old world Pinot!

Really liked this after a bit of time in the glass. Peppery, spicy , sandlewood. Very alive. Palate is tart, pure cherry flavors. Good satisfying finish. Got a bunch of this, and happy to have.
