Chablis Chardonnay

Enjoying on Christmas while preparing bacon.

Mineral nose, salty, chalky and sharp acid. Short finish.
A dozen oysters would be nice with this, for sure

While not as developed as it could be, it drinks very well.
It has the salty minerality that makes it Chablis. Very good and has the structure and foundation to become better
