Electric acidity with fruit that leaned slightly red.

Dark ruby color and soft tannins with flavors of unsweetened cocoa, thyme, violet, and cherry. Rich and dry.

Big fruit and excellent complexity - a crowd pleaser for every crowd. Huge ripe cherries join olives, herbs, minerals in the glass. Gorgeous with ribs.
